• Projects
More recently the past 5 years have seen projects in: Sales, Marketing, Branding off the web, as well as SEO and SEM functions on the web.
In the past 20+ years Mr Schwilgin has aided many corporations – large and small, in both the public and private sectors. In that time Laszlo has developed Subject Matter Expertise (SME) in some areas: (See IT/MIS Past page) Much of the work has been at least partially of a technical consulting nature. Laszlo has facilitated change at all levels of the business model.
Often the assignment required integration of a number of tools into one working process. This required in-depth detailed knowledge of each vendor/tool's abilities and shortcomings when standing alone and after integration.
Laszlo's advisory role was usually multi-fold as a facilitator, project manager, and educator in the implementation of new business practices.
Work situations:
were often initiated by top level management (CEO, President, CFO...). Initiation stages working with C-level management. As the project moved through the complete business cycle, it usually got right into the development team level. Work has involved scenarios ranging from slight process adjustments to full process re-engineering.
Mr Schwilgin has successfully implemented as many as nine (9) tools integrated at one time (this particular case required major process re-engineering).
Clients situations include:
Companies with little pre-established process such as CIBC, Consumer Gas, Bank of Montreal, etc;
Companies with process models developed to level 2 or 3 in the CMMI maturity model, such as Motorola and IBM; and,
Military/Aerospace clients with quality levels to get you to the moon and back, alive! .
A partial client list includes: PWGSC; Department of National Defense; Statistics
Canada; Canadian Space Agency; Nav Canada; Ministry of Economic
Development, Trade and Tourism; Nortel; Newbridge; Alcatel; Bombardier
(services, Transport & Aerospace); Ericsson; Raytheon Canada
Limited; Thomson-CSF Systems Canada; United Technologies; and,
Cognos Incorporated.

countless number of other documents located anywhere in Ontario.
